Liz Strauss es la chica detrás de Successfull Blog, un blog dedicado a ofrecer guía e inspiración a aquellos que nos adentramos en este fascinante mundo de la blogósfera.
La primer cosa que me llamó la atención de Liz fue su lema: “You’re only a stranger once” (Eres un extraño sólo una vez) y me hizo recordar a una profesora que tenía en la escuela secundaria (hace muchooo tiempo) que decía: “Si tienen una duda pregunten, no teman parecer tontos. Después de todo si no preguntan serán tontos el resto de sus vidas”… Y es esa valentía la que se requiere para dar el primer paso en territorio desconocido, después ya está: ya no eras más una desconocida/o.
Además de sus desinteresados consejos, una de las principales características de Liz es su constante invitación a compartir la conversación, a intercambiar las experiencias, a vencer ese miedo a ser un extraño y no atreverse a participar.
Hace un par de días Liz mandó una invitación a unos 640 bloggers dispersos en todo el mundo para que la acompañaran a celebrar el segundo cumpleaños de su blog. La consigna de esta fiesta virtual era traer un enlace a un post propio que consideramos relevante y los motivos.
De ese intercambio de “regalos” surgió esta extensa lista de notas, ebooks, artículos que compartimos los que aceptamos la invitación.

No me queda sino agradecer la invitación que me ofreció Liz y tambien a cada uno de los participantes de esta fiesta virtual.
Para mi la conversación no terminó sino que recién empieza. Ahora me queda ir de a poco visitando los enlaces y analizando cada uno de los blogs participantes. Seguramente muchos temas no serán de mi interés pero estoy segura que voy a encontrar unas cuantas “joyitas” y eso siempre es interesante, expande nuestro mundo, abre nuestras mentes.
